Gospel Legend Dorinda Clark-Cole Records Her Nationally-Syndicated Radio Show at Audiostate 55
Gospel legend Dorinda Clark-Cole recently dropped in to Audiostate 55 Recording Studios in Birmingham, AL to record an episode of her nationally-syndicated radio show on the Rejoice Musical Soulfood network. Watch as Dorinda tells us about her upcoming CD scheduled for release in February and her new TV show on the Oxygen network. Dorinda also gives a couple of great shout-outs to Audiostate 55 Recording Studios and Chief Engineer, James Bevelle.
Dorinda is part of the famous Clark Sisters and comes from a deep lineage of Gospel musicians, including her mother Mattie Moss Clark, who established the Gospel Choir style sung by virtually every Gospel choir in America today. That lineage has produced the likes of Twinkie Clark, Karen Clark-Sheard, J. Moss, and Kiki Sheard.
Dorinda was featured most recently with the Clark Sisters and Audiostate 55 founder and president, Dr. Henry Panion III, in a 2013 production of A Gospel Symphony Celebration with guest Smokie Norful, a 150-voice Gospel Choir, 60-piece orchestra, and Dr. Panion conducting.
